In this document we’ll explain how you can install the Keesubscriptions self-service portal so your customers can view and cancel their own subscriptions.
1. Create Custom Customer Field for Keesubscriptions
In your Neto dashboard go to Settings > All Settings & Tools > Custom Customer Fields.
Create a new field “Keesubscriptions” as custom field 3 (misc3), field type = text.
If misc3 is taken use another custom field and configure it in the Keesubscriptions portal.
2. Create Custom Sales Order Fields for Keesubscriptions
In Neto dashboard go to Settings > All Settings & Tools > Custom Sales Order Fields. Create custom field 4 (misc4) called “Keesubscriptions”. The field type is text.
If misc4 is taken use another custom field and configure in the Keesubscriptions admin panel.
3. Edit customer template
Go to templates/customer/template.html and find the parent div of id=”orders”
4. Insert Code Snippet
Below the parent div of id=”orders” place the code you’ll find in your Keesubscriptions account.
Now you are all set!
Once you set up auto delivery options for your products you will be able to see auto delivery on the product detail page.
You will then be able to see a list of customer keesubscriptions will be available on the customers’ account page.
